Abba Is Love
Jesus, You taught us how to pray
"OUR FATHER" are the words we are to say.
To know "OUR FATHER" is all we have to do
To have our prayers answered, this is true.
For to realize God as Father
Means we have become His son or daughter.
God is not some place far away
He is as near as the place we kneel to pray.
A God who has provided such Love for us
Is surely deserving of all our trust.
Jesus had this trust in You
His words were always straight and true.
ABBA is how He called Your name
Please allow us to do the same...
Christ Is The Way
Christ came here to Earth
To prepare us for our next birth.
When we meet Christ on the other side
They'll be no place to run or hide
Truth is the only words we can say
When it is our judgement day.
What Christ will ask us, what He will want to know
Is how did we prepare our Spiritual selves to grow.
We grow in faith, we grow in trust
The kind He has already provided for us.
He showed us how, He showed us the way
So follow Him and never stray...
God Provides For Us
Once we are born, at the moment of birth
We begin our attachment to this Earth.
All our needs are provided for us
We are comforted by our parents trust.
Our first step is an important one
It sets the stage for all others to come.
In learning from experience as we grow
We find out life's lessons we are to know.
When we reach maturity as women or man
We realize we are a part of a Divine Plan.
God will teach us, He will show us how
To learn the new things we must learn now.
Once again our needs are provieded for us
But this time we must give God all our trust.
In trusting in God with our heart and soul
This sets the stage for us to grow old.
In growing old we need not fear
For it will be God's voice we hear
Calling his children, calling us back
There will be nothing we need, nothing will we lack.
At the moment of death, when we die
We enter our mansion in the sky.
For this we also have nothing to do
Because Our Father has provided this for us too...
Miracles
Miracles are something God sends to us
When He is seeking to win over our trust.
For miracles are things we cannot explain
They are sent to us for our thoughts to entertain.
In thinking about what has just happen
It creates the space for our minds to open.
In opening up our minds to see
We allow the opportunity for God to be.
For when there is no Earthy reason why
We must seek the answer from beyond the sky.
When our thoughts do Heavenly go
It provides us the opportunity to grow.
To grow in good and Godly thoughts
Will open and warm the coldest of hearts.
Each miracle is a part of God's plan
To release the stubbornness inside of man.
For when we open up our hearts to see
We give God the opportunity to be...
I Thank You For My Gifts
Thank you God for the gifts you have given me
For many years I was blind I could not see.
Not thinking of myself as charming or smart
I overlooked the beauty that lies in my heart.
When I realize just what I have got
It makes no never mind to what I have not.
Now that I have learned to look through Your eyes
There is no room for illusions or disguise.
For in my heart is where I find
Your special gifts, the ones that are mine.
To keep these gifts, I've found a way how
I must give them away to whomever I see now.
In learning to give away what You have given me
Insures I'll keep them throughout Eternity...
Out Of Fear
Fear is something that started long ago
In a garden where only love was to grow.
It was not God who presented it to us
It was created when man betrayed His trust.
Fear has nothing to call its own
It was waiting for man to find a home.
Fear needs a comfortable place to stay
It will not leave on its own, will not go away.
Fear the true coward it is
Must always remain hid.
Fear is something cunning and sly
Everything it tells you is a lie.
Fear feeds on itself, it can make itself grow
It stands in the front of Things it doesn't want you to know.
Fear is separation from God above
It gets in our way of receiving all His love.
For when God's presence is in sight
Fear disappears into His Light.
Turn? towards God's Love and you will see
That fear's only choice is to flee...
God's Nature Is For Giving
Free will is our gift to see
All the Love God is giving to you and me.
It is a gift most often misunderstood
Because no One can force us to do what we should.
We have Laws and rules
But they can't stop us from acting as fools.
God in His full understanding of Love
Knows He can't force It on us from above.
For any Love that is forced on you
Could never be a lasting One that is true.
Love is a part of God's nature
We learn this as we progress and mature.
From in God's nature we should learn to live
It would open our hearts to unselfishly give.
When we freely give Love as a part of daily living
We enter into God's nature, the part of Him
He is always giving...
Hope
Hope is something that is important to us all
Hope came into existence after man's original fall.
For when God and man walked as One
There was no work for hope to be done.
With man's fall he created space
He made this world a lonely place.
A world without God can be so cruel
No one could learn the golden rule.
So God in His infamous goodness and grace
Created hope to take His place.
With hope God can always be near
Without really being here.
With hope God can relieve all fear
Without really being here.
With hope God can wipe away every tear
Without really being here.
With hope God can let it be His voice we hear
Without really being here.
With hope God can call His children dear
Without really being here.
Hope is something we can all share
Until we are united again, back in God's care...
Our Vehicle To See
Hatred of man or of any kind
Will produce illusions in the mind.
The mind is our vehicle to see
The world around us and how it will be.
Prejudice and hatred go hand in hand
Never could they be a part of a Divine Plan.
We will never realize what God has in store for us
Until we provide Him with all our trust.
We will find the right place to start
Is to trust God with all our heart.
For in Love we find no hatred at all
This is how we should respond to our Father's call...
The Giving Father
God, Our Father, is forever giving
Through this process of living.
He is always providing us ways
To better improve our days.
He gave us this beautiful Earth
It is our inheritance from birth.
He gave us this beautiful land
For it is all a part of His Divine Plan.
In His nature we find our food to grow
It feeds the body and soul with all we need to know.
God has given us all we can
This is how much He truly loves man...
