Salvation

Salvation is not for us to win or lose
Because it is completely of God to choose.
In our salvation we can do nothing on our part
For salvation comes from the mercy of God's heart.
To earn this mercy there are no act or deeds
There are no prescribed religions or creeds.
To understand God's mercy, just look what He has done
He gave this world His only begotten Son.
Jesus came here to liberate sin from us
To insure us we have a Father we can trust.
Christ did not have to subjugate Himself to the cross
He did this to prevent our salvation from being loss.
For where there is sin salvation can never be
Christ's death on the cross was the price to set us free.
Sin is the only thing that seperates us from God above
So pray for His mercy to unite you back into His love...

Life On Earth

People of Earth, think of your life here
It is something you should hold preciously dear.
It is a gift from God above
A manifestation of His never ending Love.
We must learn to get along with one another
Treat everyone as a sister or brother.
We should learn of God's nature and become His friend
If this world we are ever to transcend.
God has forgiven man's original fall
He harbors no hate for us at all.
It is people who create anger, hate, and greed
No where do we find them as part of God's creed.
So long ago Cain slew Abel
Let's forgive and put an end to this fable.
We must learn forgiveness so we can see
How beautiful God created this Earth to be...

A Wise Ole Soul

The good Samaritan is a wise ole soul
For he is paving his way to Heaven with gold.
The gold He possess is truly the very best
It will stand up to and pass heaven's test.
For us the riches we accumulate must be aboslutely pure
If in Heaven we expect them to endure.
If it be a selfish deed that we do create
We will find ourselves locked out of Heaven's gate.
God does know the reason for each act that we do
And by His justice He will render what is due.
The good Samaritan could be you ore me
So extend yourself to the stranger's plea.
And by giving someone else a helping hand
We will be living life according to God's plan.
In this way we can expect to see
The gates of Heaven open to us for all Eternity...

Eternal Life

You can't give away more than what you have got
For there is no more than your entire lot.
For what you possess you are free to give away
It is yours to disperse of in any ole way.
Whether corporeal or incorporeal this stands true
You can't give away something that doesn't belong to you.
In this world you can have all that money can buy
But you must leave it all behind when you die.
If Life's Eternal then this must stand true
To possess something it must become a part of you.
The spiritual and the physical worlds can never blend
For that which you are will never have an end.
You are much more than flesh and bone
You have a Spirit that will answer to God alone.
God created you as a vessel for Himself to fill
With his Love and justice He will instill.
God knows the value of the things you try to possess
And only the things of Him will pass Eternitites test.
God created man to put aside his Earthly strife
He created us to share with Him in Eternal life...

Heaven Or Hell

Are we living in Heaven or is this hell
By what act of judgement are we to tell?
We human beings are a peculiar lot
For when Christ walked this Earth we knew Him not.
Wherever God is, Heaven can be found
His joy and Love will surely abound.
But we people could not understand
That God could walk this Earth as mortal man.
In coming here Christ opened up Heaven's door
And His cross will keep it open foevermore.
In Christ we can see how Heaven will be
All life is to be reverend in His sanctity.
When Christ is not present inside of one's life
It will bring about all manners of hardship and strife.
Our human nature is most often unwise
It falls captive to all forms of lies.
With selfish acts and deeds daily done
It is obvious we still don't recognize God's Son.
For when in Christ we learn to cohabit
There will be no reason for sins to commit.
Then this will be Heaven right here on Earth
Abiding in God sharing in our new birth...

God Is King

Why so few people choose Heaven I'll never understand
Must have something to do with the stubborness inside of man.
Free will gives us our choice on how to proceed
We can live on our own or in God's word take heed.
Mistakes, mistakes we will continue to make
Until in God's nature we choose to partake.
This ego of ours is our own worse enemy
It will keep us blind so we will never see.
God is right and we are wrong
When will our ego's quit stringing us along.
For is we choose Heaven we must make God King
Love and honor Him above everything...

Pray For God's Mercy

To know what the Saints know would make us all wise
We could see truth and beauty as if through their eyes.
They are united with God in Heaven up above
They are immersed in His never ending Love.
This is true and fitting end to mortal man
For this is the ultimate end to God's Divine Plan.
He created us all as Saints to be
To be living examples of His sanctity.
Without God's mercy no one could ever be a Saint
Because Original sin each of us did taint.
If not for the Love and mercy God does possess
No living soul would ever be bless.
So if it is Sainthood you would like to see
Everyday of you life, pray for God's mercy...

Guardian Angel

Guardian angel you are God's gift to me
With your help His face I will see.
He created you not to walk this Earth
But to guide me throught to my rebirth.
In being born again I will come to understand
That I too? am a part of God's Divine Plan.
In His will I will live and reside
Thankful that you are always at my side...

Guardian Angel

Guardian angel you have the beauty of a Heavenly soul
You stand watch over us from birth 'till we are old.
You silently observe all the action of every day
You are there too when we kneel to pray.
God has ordained a helper for You to be
To bring us back for His face to see.
Our consciousness is our means of awareness of You
Believing in what God has said to be true.
In faith we will be able to receive our reward
And that is to one day come to rest in Heaven
with You and the Lord...

As Time Goes By

Earth to Earth; ashes to ashes
Oh how quickly a life passes.
When we are young and life is new
We have time to see all of our promises come true.
As we go on time slowly slips by
With youful zeal life is still very spry.
As seasons come and seasons go
We find out that there is more of life to know.
As we mature as woman and man
We realize we are a part of God's Divine Plan.
When Love enters our life God does too
In this way He shares Himself with you.
In marriage He is the perfect blend
He offers you both true Love that will never end.
Though here in Earth our life is not endless
When a mate passes on the other is left so defenseless.
Nothing seems to end the hurt or ease the pain
You search for answers but find none to explain.
But remember God is still here with you
He partakes in you sufferings and sorrow too.
Time will now become your friend and help you see
Your loved one is waiting for you in Eternity.
For in God's world no one can truly die
They merely return to their mansion in the sky...

Each New Day

Prayer should be a part of your daily lifestyle
Not something you do just every once in awhile.
Our Father is aware of? us day by day
In fact He is conscious of everything we think, do, and say.
Prayer is our means of talking to the Lord
It is something we should hold in the highest regard.
Each day that we start off in sincere prayer
Will insure us that God will be there.
For God is not somewhere lost in space
His ubiquity occupies every place.
For God's Holy Spirit penetrates us all
It is alive and well and awaits our call.
We call to Him each time we do pray
And there is no better way to begin each new day...
